Parish church "St. Mariä Himmelfahrt" in Wittichenau. A wooden church is said to have existed as early as 1000, it was replaced in 1230, destroyed by the Hussites in 1429, then rebuilt until 1440. Repairs and expansions continued afterwards, the last major intervention in the three-aisled hall church took place in 1971/72, in which the gallery was installed , with the exception of the organ gallery, were removed.
